Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work involvement, work motivation, and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance in the national private banking industry in Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method with a cross-sectional study. Respondents include 120 employees of National Private Banks in Jakarta. They were selected using a random sampling technique. With data analysis using SmartPls. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion shows that organizational commitment affects job satisfaction, organizational commitment affects employee performance, motivation affects job satisfaction, motivation affects employee performance, organizational culture affects job satisfaction, organizational culture affects employee performance, and organizational culture affect employee performance.
